My greatest joy (ok, after my kids, maybe) is spending time with people on the cusp of making one of the most important decisions of their lives. Being a part of that life changing experience is a privilege that I do not take lightly.
After leasing, purchasing, and negotiating sales for properties throughout California and Treasure Valley as an investor, I wanted to share the avid researching and property studies I'd already been doing with others.
My enthusiasm for exploring properties, navigating transactions, and city development is unmatched. I get just as excited about helping others find the perfect property professionally (say that three times fast..) as I do personally.
If you ask me where I'm from, be prepared for a long-winded answer. Growing up in a military family, I had the opportunity to live in numerous states. (Ask me to ramble them off for you sometime and I'm sure we will connect somewhere!) Following 18 years of military stationing, I went to college at Arizona State University before moving to southern California and then on a whim to Meridian, ID.
I've moved more times than I can count so I know from experience the deep value in a home, and the excitement and challenges that a move presents and will be there for you during yours!
When I’m not immersed in real estate, I can usually be found with my three kids Evelyn, Cole, and Elsie. I also enjoy reading, crafting, spending time with friends, and, between you and me, an occasional glass of Chardonnay.
