My greatest joy (ok, after my family, maybe) is spending time with people on the cusp of making one of the most important decisions of their lives. Being a part of that life changing experience is a privilege that I do not take lightly.
After leasing, purchasing, and negotiating sales for properties throughout California and Treasure Valley as an investor, I wanted to share the avid researching and property studies I'd already been doing with others.
My enthusiasm for exploring properties, navigating transactions, and city development is unmatched. I get just as excited about helping others find the perfect property professionally (say that three times fast..) as I do personally.
If you ask me where I'm from, be prepared for a long-winded answer. Growing up in a military family, I had the opportunity to live in numerous states. (Ask me to ramble them off for you sometime and I'm sure we will connect somewhere!) Following 18 years of military stationing, I went to college at Arizona State University before moving to southern California to live with my now husband Bill. Not one to stay in one place for long, my need to explore somewhere new grew and grew, until my family of 5 packed up and moved on a whim to Meridian, ID.
I've moved more times than I can count so I know from experience the deep value in a home, and the excitement and challenges that a move presents and will be there for you during yours!
When I’m not immersed in real estate, I can usually be found with my three kids Evelyn, Cole, and Elsie. I also enjoy reading, crafting, spending time with friends, and, between you and me, an occasional glass of Chardonnay.
